I’m a compassionate therapist with a deep belief that true healing comes from nurturing all aspects of who we are. With a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, I work to create a space where you can reconnect with your inner strength and embrace a sense of wholeness. My work is grounded in compassion, connection, and a commitment to holistic healing.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work together to uncover the strengths that already lie within you. I’ve helped individuals heal from past trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, and life transitions. I believe that when we are aligned in mind, body, and spirit, we can overcome the blocks holding us back and begin living a life of purpose and peace. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Body-Centered Therapies, Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), allowing us to address the root causes of emotional pain and build resilience together.
