Whether you seek help for a specific issue or you need guidance to understand a situation or yourself, I am here for you. My name is Maria Eugenia and I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida.

My approach to therapy depends on each specific individual, but I have been utilizing skills from treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered Therapy (PCT) and Reality Therapy (RT).

I offer my services in English or Spanish to adults and children of any age and have experience working with ADHD, ODD, depression, bipolar disorders, anxiety issues, and other issues.
