I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Board Certified master’s level  Addictions Professional, and an Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 16 years of experience. I hold a master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma in Human Relations, a Doctorate in Counseling Studies from Capella University, and specialize in helping individuals and couples trying to cope with substance use, mood disorders, and trauma.

I have completed Practicum Training Levels 1-3 in Gottman Methods Couples Therapy and the Gottman Couples and Addiction Recovery Method. I use an eclectic approach to therapy that includes modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Activation Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and the Gottman Method.
