Strong relationships between individuals, couples and families is the foundation of healthy interactions in life. Pursuing therapy for some people can be anxiety-provoking and for others might feel empowering. The second most important decision to make after deciding to pursue therapy is finding the right therapist fit for you. My goal is to provide a warm and empathic non-judgemental space for individuals, couples, and families, of all ages, genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds.
I use a holistic – integrative approach to tailor individual needs and personal circumstances. Life is full of challenges, but I can guide you to develop resiliency, to in turn help you manage life’s demands, improve your life quality, adapt to change, and cope with symptomatology.
I have experience working with people affected by ADHD, Bipolar Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive, Trauma- and Stressor Disorders, Somatic Symptom, Impulse-Control and Conduct Disorders, Sexual Dysfunctions, Parental skills, and transitional cycles.
I have been practicing psychotherapy in the United States since 2013, and offer my services in English and Spanish.
