Here are a few questions that may cross your mind and that we are happy to answer!

When you first contact MPS, we will ask you a series of questions in regards to your needs and expectations. With that knowledge, we will be able to assign you a therapist we feel would be best suited to help you reach your goals.  However, you make the final determination regarding who is the best fit for you.  Choosing the right therapist is like choosing the right pair of shoes; you may have to try on a couple pairs before you find the right match. 

We have therapists specialized in treatment with children. A minor will need the authorization of their legal guardian to move forward with treatment.

Not to worry, we have other therapists in our team that can take over the treatment plan should you wish to.  We can also refer you to colleagues in the community. 

A session is typically 50 minutes. Some services can take up to 2.5 hours. At the time of the booking, we will confirm to you the length of time for the service retained.

At the end of your initial session, you and your clinician will discuss treatment plan and what you both feel is best in terms of frequency of visit to ensure a successful outcome. The total number of sessions will depend on your evolution through the treatment and your needs.

We are in the process of accepting insurance. Please call us to see if we accept your insurance.

Yes, a no-show appointment will incur a total payment of the session fee. This will be payable at your next visit. Specifically, we do require a 48-hour notice for cancelled or postponed appointment. 

We accept American Express, Cash, Check, Mastercard, Visa.  Your therapist will send you a secured link for payment.

Yes, all our clinicians and staff are certified and abide by HIPAA laws which protect every portion of uniquely identifiable personal information.
